productwasoriginallypurchased.Returnand

Thesewarrantiesshallnotapplyto

anydefect,

failureordamagecausedbyimproperuseor

improperorinadequatemaintenanceandcare.

Covertshallnotbeobligatedunderthese

warranties:

a. Torepairdamageresultingfromattempts

bypersonnelotherthanCovert

representativestoinstall,repairorservice

theproductunlessdirectedbyaCovert

representative.

b. Torepairdamage,malfunctionor

degradationofperformanceresultingfrom

improperuseorconnectiontoincompatible

equipmentormemory.
